When you order online from SAM DENIM, you are guaranteed a fast delivery time. Of all your favorite Italian clothes. When your order arrives at us, we will prepare your order immediately. Your package will be neatly and carefully packed with us. Do you order before 17:00? Then there is a good chance that you will have your package at home the next day. Nice is not it! This delivery time does not apply to weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and/or public holidays. Then the delivery time is 1-2 working days. Some items have a slightly longer delivery time.
RETURNS
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return it to us. You have a 30-day right of return at the Sam Denim webshop. This period starts on the day of receipt of the order. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Just the cost
for return from your home to the web shop are at your own expense. If you use
of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if
reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur
be returned. To exercise this right, please contact us
via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14
days after registration of your return, if the product has already been returned in good order
has been received.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
For purchases made in the Sam Denim webshop, you can return items up to 30 days after receipt. During this period you should handle the products with care.
When items CAN be returned:
The garments must not have been worn (except for trying on)
Furthermore, the product must be unwashed
The garments must have the original labels
If the garments have manufacturing defects (e.g. loose stitching, stain or other defect)
Garments must be sent with original packaging
When items may NOT be returned:
If the label/original packaging is not present or removed.
If there are clear signs of use (make-up and lipstick stains, loose hair, odors, etc.)
